no he out on bail, wife left him and Dundalk fc held a benefit night for him in their bar after they distanced themselves from him, they even spoke of a ban from Oriel.
A complete Dundalk Nutter who should never see the inside of a football ground ever again. If DFC allow him to Steward again then the FAI should take action and have the Ref or fourth official refuse to start the game untill such times as he has been derobed of his stewards jacket. The egg is on DFC faces for taking no action on this,is it a case of " it will all pass over " dont think so and i hope not.
Clowns,You all havent a clue what u are talking about. This chap is no longer a steward at Dundalk. If anyone of you even bothered to check this out before posting here then you wud have found this out. Dundalk Fc did not hold a benefit night for this person ,it was his family who held it. The only association this lad has with Dundalk is that he is a fan of the club.

Have to Agree with Gerry as a Dundalk fan myself i know what happened with this Man. It was his Uncle who arranged this Benefit night (as you would have found out if you listen to the Joe Duffy show a few weeks back). Having watched Dundalk play Derry and Rovers recently i can tell you This Man is No Longer involved with the Stewarding in Oriel Park. One Last post the real Dundalk fans do not agree with the actions of this man and have accepted the FAI decision and now its down to the team to win promotion for real.
Em where exactly did he have his benefit night. It was Oriel Park bar and the go ahead was given by Gerry Matthews himself. Also maxi has been told he will be a steward again when the dust settles.
fair enough it was in the lillywhite lounge but that is rented for PRIVATE parties and had nothing at all to do with dfc, it was treated like any other private party/booking
